Account Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026 — HUSSAIN MUHAMMAD MAJID, VAT IT14191810960

This page explains how an AWMZA account is opened, how we confirm it is really you, how we protect it, and exactly what happens when you ask us to delete it. It applies to awmza.com and to the AWMZA services that use the same login (awmza.it, awmza.de, znwa.fr, go.awmza.com, halal.awmza.com, security.awmza.com).

1. Opening an account

To open an account you give us an email address, a password, and — if you want the WhatsApp features — a phone number. You must be at least 18 years old and, if you sign up as a business, authorised to act for that business.

2. Verifying it is really you

StepHow it worksRequired
EmailWe send a one-time link. It expires after 24 hours.Always
PhoneWe show you a short code. You send it from your own WhatsApp to the AWMZA number. This is free for you and proves the number is yours. The code expires after 15 minutes. If you gave us a phone number
Two-factor loginAn authenticator app (TOTP) plus one-time recovery codes, set up when you open the account. A passkey is also possible. Free.Always
RecoveryYou can add a second email address and a second phone number.Optional

Until the email is verified the account exists but cannot be used.

3. If you forget your password

Use Forgot password on the login page. We email a reset link that expires after a short time and can be used once. For your protection the reply looks the same whether or not the address is registered, so nobody can use that form to discover who has an account. Using the reset link signs out every device.

4. Deleting your account

Deletion needs more than one proof. You sign in again with your password and two-factor code, you confirm a link in your email, and — if a phone number is verified on your account — you send a code from your WhatsApp. This is deliberate: if somebody ever got into your inbox, they still could not erase your account.

  1. You ask. Open awmza.com/account/delete and sign in again (password + two-factor code). Or write to info@awmza.com from your registered address and we guide you there.
  2. We email you a link. It works once and expires after 30 minutes.
  3. If your phone is verified, the page shows a code such as AWMZA DEL K7P3QX. You send it from your WhatsApp to the AWMZA number. It expires after 15 minutes. Neither the link nor the code alone is enough.
  4. Your account is switched off immediately. Every session on every device is signed out. Nobody can log in, not even you.
  5. 30 day grace period. Your data is kept but unused. We email you a cancel link — one click restores everything, at any time during the 30 days. 7 days before the end we send a reminder. Lost the link? Ask for a new one on the same page.
  6. On day 30 the data is permanently erased by an automatic job that checks every 6 hours. We send a last email to confirm. After this there is no undo.

If no phone number is verified on your account, the fresh sign-in with two-factor code plus the email link complete the deletion — so you can always close your account, even after changing phone.

This covers your AWMZA ID account (awmza.com, Halal, Trade, Mail). Services with their own separate login, such as the driving-licence course at drive.awmza.com, are closed from inside that service or by writing to info@awmza.com.

What gets deleted, and what the law makes us keep

DataWhat happens
Your profile, password hash, sessions, preferencesPermanently erased on day 30
Chat and WhatsApp conversations, uploaded files, agent settingsPermanently erased on day 30
Invoices and accounting recordsKept 10 years. Italian law (art. 2220 Codice Civile) and EU VAT rules require it. We keep the invoice, not your working data.
Anti-fraud and security logsKept up to 12 months, then erased
BackupsOverwritten on their normal rotation, at most 35 days after deletion

5. If we suspend or close an account

We may suspend an account for non-payment, for automated abuse or spam sent through our tools, for attempts to break the platform or reach other customers' data, or where the law requires it. Except in cases of fraud or a legal order, we write to you first and give you a chance to put it right. A suspended account can be exported for 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, take it elsewhere in a portable format, or have it erased. Write to info@awmza.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

7. Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we update the date above and email customers about substantial changes.
