30 giorni di uso vero. Se l agente non ti ha fatto risparmiare tempo e non ti ha portato lavoro, ti restituiamo i soldi dei mesi pagati.
Come funziona, in tre passi
- Attivi l agente e lo usi normalmente per 30 giorni dalla data di attivazione.
- Se alla fine non sei soddisfatto, scrivi una mail a info@awmza.com con la parola garanzia nell oggetto.
- Entro 5 giorni lavorativi rimborsiamo sullo stesso metodo di pagamento e chiudiamo l abbonamento. Nessun modulo, nessuna discussione.
Cosa copre
- Tutti gli abbonamenti mensili degli agenti del marketplace.
- I mesi effettivamente pagati nei primi 30 giorni di attivazione.
- Vale anche se hai gia superato i 14 giorni di recesso previsti per legge: questa garanzia e in piu, non al posto dei tuoi diritti.
Cosa non copre
- I costi vivi girati a terzi, come domini registrati a tuo nome, crediti pubblicitari su Meta o Google, numeri di telefono.
- I lavori una tantum gia consegnati, per esempio la creazione di un sito.
- I casi in cui l agente non ha potuto lavorare perche non ci hai mai dato gli accessi o i dati richiesti in fase di configurazione.
- Una seconda richiesta di garanzia sullo stesso agente.
In parole semplici: se abbiamo pagato qualcosa per te a un altro fornitore, quello non torna indietro. Il nostro compenso si.
Perche lo facciamo
Un agente AI si giudica dal tempo che ti fa risparmiare, non dalla tecnologia che usa. Se non vedi quel tempo tornare nelle tue giornate, non ha senso che tu paghi. Preferiamo restituirti i soldi e restare in buoni rapporti.

30 days of real use. If the agent has not saved you time and has not brought you work, we refund the months you paid.
How it works, in three steps
- Activate the agent and use it normally for 30 days from the activation date.
- If you are not satisfied, send an email to info@awmza.com with the word guarantee in the subject.
- Within 5 working days we refund to the same payment method and close the subscription. No form, no argument.
What it covers
- All monthly subscriptions for marketplace agents.
- The months actually paid during the first 30 days after activation.
- It applies even after the 14 day statutory withdrawal period: this guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
What it does not cover
- Money passed on to third parties, such as domains registered in your name, Meta or Google ad credit, phone numbers.
- One off work already delivered, for example building a website.
- Cases where the agent could not work because the access or data asked for during setup was never provided.
- A second guarantee claim on the same agent.
In plain words: anything we paid to another supplier on your behalf does not come back. Our own fee does.
Why we offer this
An AI agent should be judged by the time it gives back to you, not by the technology inside it. If you do not feel that time returning to your day, there is no reason for you to keep paying. We would rather refund you and part on good terms.
