For the companies in the USA we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the company is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
On this plan your customer messages are answered by the local AI on our German server and are never sent to any company outside the European Union. It is slightly slower and slightly less clever than the fastest models, and it is the right choice for public bodies, healthcare, law firms and anyone with a strict data policy.
Ask us to switch it on for your account - there is no extra charge.
Before a new sub-processor starts working with your data we send an email to the address on your account, at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can end your contract before the change takes effect, and we refund the unused part of what you paid.
